Mr. Sukumar Paul, Ex-Railway Engg., Director Sir  of this institute has been a steersman of Tapoban Study since it was established in 2007 by him. 

It was started with a single room but now it turned into a well decorated and well equipped Digital classroom.

এত বড় পৃথিবী,এত বড় দেশের কাছে আমরা সত্যিই অতি সাধারন। আমার মনে হয় বিশাল স্বপ্নের পিছনে না হেটেঁ গুটি গুটি পায়ে এগিয়ে চলা উচিত। তাহলে একদিন ঠিকই স্বপ্ন ভুমিতে পৌছনো সম্ভব। স্বপ্ন আর বাস্তব টা বড্ড আলাদা। স্বপ্ন আনে হতাশা আর হতাশা আনে ব্যর্থতার শুরু, শেষ হয়ে যায় কোমল মনের সব আশা। যুগ পাল্টেছে , পরিস্থিতি পরিবর্তন হয়েছে তাই বাস্তবের পথ ধরেই হাটতে শিখতে হবে সকল কে।

        আমি সাধারনদের কথা বলছি, কিছু অসাধারন প্রতিভাশালী থাকে তারা তো চিরকালের উজ্জ্বল নক্ষত্রের উদাহরন-সবপরিবেশেই

জ্বল জ্বল করবে আর সফল হবেই।

       নিজের প্রতি আত্মবিশ্বাস না থাকাটাও এক অর্থে পাপেরই নামান্তর। কারন সফল জীবনের মুল ভিত্তিই হলো নিজের প্রতি বিশ্বাস।পথ চলতে চলতে মনে হবে এ জীবন সত্যিই বড় নিস্ঠুর আর একপেশে। বার বার যেন পিছন থেকে কেউ তোমাকে টেনে নামাতে চাইবে, হেরে যেতে যেতেও ঘুরে দাঁড়াতে হবে। অনেক পথ হাটতে হবে যে তোমাকে, থেমে যাওয়া তো তোমার ডিকসোনারির কোন শব্দ নয়। এক সময় স্বপ্নের সিঁড়িতে পৌছে দেখবে বাঁধ ভাঙা আনন্দ কাকে বলে। তাই এগিয়ে চলো প্রিয় মানুষেরা আর তোমার মধ্যকার শক্তি খুঁজে নাও। হেরে যাবার জন্যে তো জন্মায়নি আমরা।
